Whether judges are by nature nice or nasty in capitalist society they can't bend the law in the interests of poor working class people.Moved by the old man veteran status ?The judge found a way to be HUMAN in this case.But he still remains a bourgeois judge! Why does the mainstream news media convey the feeling that it is particularly shameful and unacceptable for a war VETERAN to be homeless and hungry? They would not want WAR to be shameless and unacceptable,would they?
