I learned just enough Latin in two years high school to follow the parallel Latin -English text . Reading through " Book of Revelation " and " Gospel of Saint Matthew " in recent nights the words " This man was truly the son of God ! " tend to shatter innate cynicism ( a fabrication ? mass hysteria ? a crowd pleasing genius of magic ? ) The Jesus Christ revealed in these Gospels is just so unlike any famous PERSONALITY in history . At times HE seems a pure moral force. He divided history into BC and AD just as that reported earthquake split in half the Jewish temple. And even dead saints walked the Earth ? And touching final words : " I will be with you until the end of time ! "
