How incompetent ,and contemptuous of Rhode Island's regular bus riders, can the RIPTA management get?
This noon time I cold not resist turning my digital phone camera on the RIPTA bus station in Kennedy Plaza , Providence where none of the electronic bus schedule screens have been working for weeks now. How incompetent and negligent , and contemptuous of Rhode Island's regular bus riders, can the RIPTA management get ?
