Inspired from youth by Albert Camus' sense of the Absurd, I try to be a voice for REASON in the growing darkness and moral insanity of global capitalism .

Capitalism Hits Home: How Capitalism Breeds Sociopathic Mental Illness Long ago this democratic socialist was influenced by Erich Fromm book " The Sane Society "
"I don't know what word in the English language, I can't find one, applies to people who are willing to sacrifice the literal existence of organized human life so they can put a few more dollars into highly stuffed pockets.
The word 'evil' doesn't even begin to approach it."

I grew up in Brentwood California. I learned as a young person that there’s no end to greed and the pursuit of wealth is soul deadening. I also learned the the wealthy aren’t any happier than I am.

As a mental health therapist, and someone who follows True Crime Court Cases as a psychological interest, I have been saying this for the last decade. Murder and destruction of one another and planet. Greed and wealth prioritized over well being and care at every level of society. Glad to see something like this put together and in the public domain.

As a member of the group that has probably suffered the most under American capitalism, I am FBA (foundational black American) my ancestors came over in the 1700s and we have done nothing but be used and suffer ever since our arrival. And to make it worse the vast majority of people in this country think it's perfectly okay that we suffer despite the fact that we built this country. The level of narcissism and psychopathy that a person must possess in order to be a skilled capitalist is terrifying

Thank you for FINALLY saying what I've been saying for years now. I sell bumper stickers that say Greed is a Mental Illness and people just pause and say, "What? What do you mean?" I can't help but shake my head.
