RIPTA bus cancellations cause delays and disruption for students

This morning when I was trying to get the RIPTA 30 bus schedule its website was down . I think many RIPTA regulars would agree with me that the company is badly managed , the political appointees being either incompetent , corrupt ,or stupid. Many RIPTA drivers now don't even speak English and are often rude: like turning the heat up on a hot summer morning or turning air conditioning " high " on a chilly day. Ignoring a person hurrying to the bus stop a few yards away . As if totally ignorant of a basic law of physics, they accelerate the bus while an elderly person with a cane or baggage is still trying to locate a seat. Yesterday, December 6 , I was expecting RIPTA 30 bus to stop at the Warwick Mall circa 12:35 pm . Just about that time I spotted a RIPTA bus leaving the CCRI route which ALWAYS turns into the Warwick Mall bus stop . The Mall could be more considerate in the location of the RIPTA bus. The 30 RIPTA bus is scheduled to come by every 50 minutes. Yesterday I nearly froze for a while after seeing the RIPTA 30 bus ( seemingly ) just pass by the Warwick Mall bus stop. Very Cold, I decided to go into the Mall and wait for the next scheduled bus at 1:25. When it arrived I asked the bus driver about the earlier NO SHOW. I got some brush off explanation.
