Again and again the news media reports troubled souls , mentally disturbed individuals , " falling through the cracks ". Our FOR PROFIT health care industry has no interests in sealing these cracks. Going back decades to the early 60s the " progressive " program of de-institutionalization of the mentally ill has blossomed into nothing less than a crime against humanity. FREE ENTERPRISE capitalism will always make it impossible to institute effective gun control . A democratic socialist society will STOP production of anti-social guns and bullets at the very factories where they are produced. It comes under the general socialist agenda : " control of the means of production ".
