All the "YOUR HONORS "on the Supreme Court or ruling within the bourgeois legal system are stooges of this or that sector of the American plutocracy. Their loyalty ,if not to individual members of this ruling class, than certainly to THE SYSTEM is well established well before they achieve the heights of philistine " success ". YOUR HONORS ! By early middle age TRUTH Is an alien concept to them. And so is the Christian -humanist concept of JUSTICE. This makes them fit to enter the palaces of the Lords of Free Enterprise. A high court American judge invariably has friends in even higher places in the CLASS structure of the capitalist social order. Together this ONE PERCENT looks down on the rest of us working class " little people ". Almost all great American literature reflects this truth.
