So " nobody is above the law " in " OUR democracy " ?

Phony " liberal " Democrats are naturally marching in step saying with obtuse understanding that " nobody is above the law ". Does any honest , politically literate American citizen believe that ? As a long time independent democratic socialist I have observed many poor and working class Americans seemingly " beneath the law ". All the not quite GUILTY prisoners of the " American Gulag " are satisfied that " nobody is above the law " in " OUR democracy " ? Way back in 1848 Karl Marx was writing that THE LAW was not in capitalist society above the interests of the ruling class. Find one hack " liberal " Democrat who can think outside the box of capitalist-landlord PRIVATE PROPERTY rights ? In a universe where CHANGE is the rule only our capitalist system should , must , will endure forever ?
