Lenin had to say about THE POLICE in general in his " inflammatory " pamphlet " State and Revolution " still applies to capitalist USA in 21st century. And let me add the unintended wisdom of one Mayor Richard Daley during the 1968 riots in Chicago at the Democratic National Convention : " The police officer is not there to create disorder. He is there to preserve disorder ". Under severe police interrogation back in 1776 any one of the the FOUNDING FATHERS might have confessed what their AMERICAN CONSTITUTION was all about : the protection of private wealth from the kings and monarchs of the world but also from the GREAT UNWASHED masses .
