Democratic socialists- in everyday NON-VIOLENT politics- operate with the sociological CLASS concept very much as orthodox Marxists understand it. Way back in 1965 Malcolm X made a connection between racism and capitalism , between racism and imperialism. In a letter to his wife ( circa 1953 ) Martin Luther King said he was moving toward some form of CHRISTIAN socialism. It is silly to keep exploring the nth dimension of racism in the human soul.
