Why- oh- why should homeless people have high hopes on any phony liberal Democrat's second term or third , fourth , or fifth term ? The homeless problem USA demands a radical insight into the capitalist social structure. Homelessness cannot be solved as long as rent control is unthinkable and landlords' PRIVATE PROPERTY rights are sacrosanct.
