It is clear that poor Latinos, poor Afro-Americans, living in poor neglected neighborhoods, will have inadequate health care and peculiar health problems - just as poor working class whites living anywhere - like Flint, Michigan.
You can look in vain for institutionalized or " structural " racism . American 's decaying capitalism offers equal opportunity misery to the have nots in this country. They are rapidly becoming a voting majority.
Obamacare is indeed a failure. We still need a national health care plan that works for everybody.
