Welcome back "Buddy" – still loving Providence!

I was pleasantly surprised that "Buddy" Cianci was back on WPRO Talk Radio the very next day after the election- his "Last Hurrah".

He made this clear to a guy from Cranston: Loving Providence means "Never having to say you're sorry."
Now where did I hear that before?
