Was killer Dylann Roof a New Atheist ?

  How will this society get its anti-hate message across to thousands of deranged jobless high school drop outs completely INVISIBLE to our failed mental health system ? Even " white trash " needs a little attention. In general poor whites have been invisible for decades now. Years ago socialist Michael Harrington consigned them to " The Other America ". The War on Poverty was not all about black people here.

Why is it so hard to find a WORD about this Dylann Roof's religion ? Apart from his racist obsession he seems an unreal ideological blank . A " useful idiot " for a shadowy political organization ? Right now he seems to be striking evidence of the failure of the American mental health system. I am very suspicious of his " manifesto ".

Poor " white trash " have felt themselves invisible for years

What about poor white kids ?      With the exception of the rather meek ” socialist “-but growing in popularity, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont- none of the presidential candidates of the Democratic and Republicans have any quarrel with rotten American capitalism. And -no surprise- they all seem clueless in understanding the recent ” racist ” killings of 9 in a historic South Carolina church. CLASS is also a big factor here. A lot of poor ” white trash ” have felt themselves invisible for years. No affirmative programs for them. Identity politics has stupefied the Neo-Democrats for decades now. In fact, President Obama and Hillary Clinton make New Deal Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt look like a flaming Bolshevik.
Completely clueless and useless are all those Republican candidates for president inspired by the Queen of Mean , Ayn Rand.
Ayn Rand’s cult classic is titled ” The Virtue of Selfishness “-the perfect antidote to all the evils of capitalism-including racism.

Was not Roof told again and again in school that higher education is the key to the good life ? Was there ever talk of affirmative action for poor white kids ? CLASS-not race is the big issue in America.
