As a longtime independent democratic socialist and pre-Vatican II type Catholic I am pleased that most real CHRISTIANS - not Christian Nationalists , not Christian Zionists - see the ugly SOUL of Zionism . The pre-Vatican II Catholic Church had a keener perspective on the " Jewish Question " .
