[ What would the consequences of the USA using nuclear weapons against Iran be? In a recent interview, Trump said on Iran “We could do a lot worse” and “we can take them out by this afternoon, in fact within an hour”. Many people assume he is alluding to nuclear bombs, which I guess could be an option if the US felt as thought they couldn’t they couldn’t back out or continue the war without major issues. So I’m very curious, is the USA using nuclear weapons against Iran even plausible in the first place? And if so, what would the international and domestic consequences be (outside of being very unpopular)?
