The Mental Health Initiative California and Public Libraries [ Everywhere now American public libraries are violating the long standing CODE : " QUITE PLEASE , STUDY AREA " ]

I do not see anything " progressive " about city and state governments dumping very disturbed, mentally ill people in public libraries . What about the long standing CODE of all public libraries - QUIET PLEASE, STUDY AREA - being daily violated by these often UNSUPERVISED mentally ill individuals ? Clearly " OUR democracy " no longer has anything to do with the fundamental principle of MAJORITY rule ! NOTE : I briefly worked at the desk of the Washington Park branch of the Providence Public Library in a somewhat saner time in America. I am presently typing this post at the Cranston Public Library ( computer station 13 ) Rhode Island where the disturbed man across from me has just quit the computer station 12.
