One who frequents Kennedy Plaza in Providence Rhode a few times a week can't be blamed for thinking that this squalid part of the city is either the asshole of the universe or perhaps the whole human race is degenerating.So much drug addiction and craziness.Hard to spot a person who is not a decayed stupefied wreck of a human being.And the depressing atmosphere of ignorance and crudeness and smoldering violence.And almost a cult of ugliness here.
