The New Atheism Cult evangelist videos continue to focus their deified LOGIC & REASON on the weak points of the world's great religions . But they never apply even common sense and moral decency to the great evils under their noses : global capitalism, American imperialism, and Israeli Zionism. Last time I checked the Catholic Popes were strikingly " progressive " on these issues. Or did LOGIC & REASON also fail them here ? I would rather see a world without this arrogant , obnoxious, STALINIZED New Atheism than without FAITH in God , without some concept, some Platonic IDEA that grasps the " meaning of it all " .In his very popular and still relevant book, " Man's Search for Meaning ", psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, Viktor Frankl . comes close to understanding the subtle Catholic theology of suffering in this world. Modern atheism is not just no belief in God . It has a decidedly right wing political agenda. Why on earth should purely negative atheism turn crabby and evangelical ? In " OUR democracy " most normal people quietly believe in God or quietly do not believe in God -without making public asses of themselves.
