My brother Steve just sent me a note yesterday saying that" Pippy",the 20 year old family cat,died peacefully in the night.On her own, in her sleep, in her own little bed.His wife Sue was dealing with having to make the decision to euthanize her,but the cat's peaceful and natural death relieved her of that burden. We all start out in life as a lovable kitten.And die ,most of us, many years later less lovable but still loved.
