Donald Trump files a notice of appeal in E. Jean Carroll defamation case
In a democratic socialist government of the USA no citizen will- by rule of LAW- be made " filthy rich " for reason of public defamation . It is really a matter of FREE SPEECH tolerance. Also, no citizen ( like Trump ) will be so " filthy rich " as to possibly lose MILLIONS in a US courtroom by judge or jury decision. Call it " economic democracy " if " socialism " sounds too odious.
