Is there a square yard of the United States that really belongs to WE THE PEOPLE ?
Homeless people living outdoors are evicted on grounds that they are occupying PRIVATE PROPERTY . Then they , sooner or later, are evicted on grounds that they are occupying STATE PROPERTY. Is there a square yard of the United States that really belongs to WE THE PEOPLE ? Clearly, the homeless crisis in Rhode Island and everywhere else in the United States is on collision course with legally sacrosanct PROPERTY rights.
