The countless homeless people in the United States should declare themselves "HOMELESS NATION " and apply to the UN for a charter

Anything to ameliorate the homeless people crisis in Rhode Island - in the USA - is welcome . But landlord-capitalist PRIVATE PROPERTY rights will invariably stifle any humanly satisfactory solution. There are now so many homeless people in the big cities of the United States that they could declare themselves " HOMELESS NATION " and apply to the United Nations for a charter. They can establish their own police force and forge ties with the sympathetic citizens in " OUR democracy " . And advance the ancient and honorable cause of HUMAN EQUALITY . As a longtime independent democratic socialist I am sure that many others agree with me.
