History moves on and you can’t really turn it back. They have influence on American foreign policy out of all proportion to their numbers here and to the morality of their cause: APARTHEID Israel is not a cause most CHRISTIAN Americans can get all excited about . Anymore than right now they are getting fired up over a SOVEREIGN Ukraine led by a megalomaniac , puffed up , arrogant ZIONIST Jew named Zelensky who is actually instigating nuclear World War III . In another era many Jewish intellectuals were inspired by the ideas of SOCIALIST INTERNATIONALISM . They were the very backbone of the revolutionary government -led by Lenin - that came to power in Russia in 1917. What happened ? American author Irving Howe , who wrote " World of Our Fathers ", described the role left-wing Jewish radicals played in the early socialist movement in the United States , in the organized labor movement. Howe remained a democratic socialist to the end of his life. That was called the Debsian Era , after the legendary " American Bolshevik " Eugene V. Debs . In his famous " Canton Speech " the anti-war ( Debs opposed the GREAT WAR of 1914 - "the war to make the world safe for democracy " ) Debs gave hell to the so called " friends of labor " and the war mongers back then in the Democratic Party. Today's Democratic Party in the year 2022 is not less war mongering and corrupt ; like the Republican Party it is a tool of the American plutocracy.
