I had a hassle trying to get my cell phone monthly service renewed today at the Garden City ATT & T in Cranston, Rhode Island. . Really it is like being interrogated inside a third world police station. It seems my senior citizen Rhode Island ID has expired ( no problem before here ) and the manager was not present to over-ride the SUSPICIOUS CHARACTER ALERT on their office computer. But I used my soon to be dead AT & T phone to take a snapshot of this corporate idiocy. " Tell the manager here to check out his excellent service report on You Tube ! "
