If MONOPOLY social media can muzzle the president of the United States -or now ex-president Donald Trump - FREE SPEECH is effectively dead in the USA . For years " liberal " Democrats have condoned attacks - especially on college campuses - on the FREE SPEECH , FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Civilization. The late professor Howard Zinn wrote scathingly of the limits of FREE SPEECH in " OUR democracy ".
Speaking on the LEFT I can only agree with Donald Trump on the FAKE NEWS MEDIA in the USA. Already I cannot stand to watch local NBC, CBS , ABC news shows. ( Channel 10 , Channel 12, Channel 6 here in Rhode Island . And the once dignified Providence Journal is now a hopeless , pathetic rag : OUTSOURCE TO INDIA !
