Is radio -TV anchor Gene Valicenti a RACIST ?

PROVIDENCE – Rhode Island’s top-rated television news station declined to air an episode of its weekly public affairs show on Sunday after the host came under fire on social media this weekend for claiming that three incoming female lawmakers of color were striking a “fierce pose” in a picture taken on the steps of the State House. NBC-affiliate WJAR-TV also removed from its website the episode of “10 News Conference,” which featured prominent anchor Gene Valicenti interviewing Rhode Island’s House and Senate leaders about the upcoming legislative session. News director Scott Isaacs said the show will run next week after more interviews are conducted.] For decades I , a life- long democratic socialist , have noticed this disturbing trend on the so called PROGRESSIVE Left : a palpable contempt for the FREE SPEECH , FREE THOUGHT tradition of Western Civilization. NOBODY in a " OUR democracy " should be ruined for casual remarks on any topic of public concern. Most accusations of RACISM spread in the mainstream news media are malicious smears. You would think that Martin Luther King lived in vain ! The so called " socialists " in the Democratic are strikingly vacuous in seeing their young immature selves as guiding lights in a more socially just society. They are not even very well read in Left-wing " scriptures " like " Why Socialism " by Albert Einstein, or the speeches of Eugene V. Debs , Michael Harrington's " The Other America " ; many Marxist classics like Engels " Socialism -Utopian and Scientific " . Alas, the " progressive " wing of the Democratic Party can only give us Stalinism and Stalinism Redux " Great Leader ". I believe that they would even make the USA " OFFICIALLY ATHEIST "
