So called " Obamacare " was a miserable compromise - a long way from Senator Ted Kennedy's vision of health care in America as a basic human right. The Neo-Democratic Party is also a long way from Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt and that New Deal, pro-labor idealism .

Way back in 1935 FDR was called bitterly " that man " by plutocrats. Now I hear Republican Donald Trump - ironically - called " that man " by traditional Republicans.

We should listen to ignored third party voices. Hillary sounds very much like a neo-con aiming for the traditional Republican vote.

America has a history of enforcing ideological conformity. Recall the infamous McCarthy era during the Cold War. Every " leftist " college professor was believed to be in the pay of the Kremlin.
Are " democratic socialists " above official suspicion in 2016 in the USA ? An excerpt :

Whoever is elected president in this still unpredictable race it is clear that the capitalist two party system in the United States is on the brink of the abyss.

 In just a few weeks the Hillary Democrats have evolved into the official party of Establishment USA. Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump talk in anticipation of future war . The only question : WHO should have their fingers on the nuclear war button ?

The anti-war movement is silent or muzzled in 2016. And the Queen of the Status Quo talks as if the Bernie Sanders campaign of " political revolution "- and against unacceptable economic inequality- was just pointless.

The American working class will lose the election of 2016.

America safer with the hawk Hillary's woman's touch on those nuclear war buttons ?

What is the deranged message here ? We can trust Hillary NEVER to start a nuclear war ? We are getting more than hints of future war- with Russia? China ?- from both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

 
Are we to believe that the U.S. ruling class has no use for nuclear weapons except for psychological intimidation ? Then why should not North Korea or Iran have nuclear weapons ?

 
The U.S. ruling class judges itself to be more morally sane . But what does the rest of the world think ? 

 
Hillary should be talking about a nuclear-weapons free future - not how SHE should have her " woman's touch " fingers ( ? ) on those nuclear war buttons.
