Cramped souls running for American president

Which cramped soul will the U.S. ruling class finally favor in Election 2016 to be its public face ? To lead the New Colonialism in the Middle East , the war on the working class and the poor- in the land of the free and the home of the brave ? Republican or Democrat- with the odd exception of " socialist " Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont- have they no quarrel with our WAY OF LIFE- capitalism in its death agony ?
Perhaps neo-liberal Hillary has a plan to end the war- like Nixon's in 1968 ?
Oh but I forgot : there can be no plan to end this endless " war on terrorism " .And the wretched masses of the world are begging for more of our way of life- smart bombs and junk food, and Abu Ghraib class resorts.

A suggestion for Bradley Cooper's Jan. 25 tribute to playright Arthur Miller

A suggestion for Bradley Cooper honoring the great " leftist " playwright Arthur Miller : one line from " Death of Salesman " aimed at a dozen presidential candidates out there.... " Attention must be paid to this man " ( Willy Loman ).
How many of the " losers " in our capitalist way of life will find it easier to identify with Loman's sense of " failure " today ? I read a while ago about the surge of suicides among middle aged white males-victims of the Great Recession.

An ACLU issue : Cranston Walk In Clinic snubs Medicare patient

Whoever replaces Sue Stenhouse as Executive Director of Senior Services might consider the issue raised by a 67 year old man with acute leg pains turned away from that Walk In Clinic on Reservoir Ave.... because he was ONLY covered by Medicare . I was waiting in the parking lot for my friend. He was told that the doctor will NOT see him. A sign in the office said a visitor must have a valid credit card on file. I think that there is a case for ACLU here: discrimination against the MAJORITY of elderly residents in Cranston. We are long way from Senator Ted Kennedy's dream of health care as a basic human right.
My friend went to a hospital accident room.

A 100 percent tax on Big Tobacco ?

Working class kids do not give capitalist governments creative ideas on waging war on the poor. I have observed in Kennedy Plaza that the poorest of the poor are most likely to be smoking or worse: picking up cigarette butts. Why not deprive alcoholics of Medicaid too ?
Cigarette advertising encourages this horrible addiction. Big Tobacco should pay the price for this public health catastrophe. A democratic Socialist government will impose a 100 percent tax on Big Tobacco companies.
Also, it will be illegal for medical doctors to refuse Medicaid or Medicare patients.
Ending the war on drugs will give poor people more freedom of choice in narcotizing themselves. There is a " right to happiness ".
Or eat junk food ?
