HISTORY MADE: Sanae Takaichi Wins Historic Vote | Japan’s First Female P... [ Right wing Sana Takaichi will not make Japan a better place to live ]
Right wing women who gain access to power in any of the bourgeois governments of the world are not a POSITIVE score for traditional feminism which early in the 20th century was shaped by critical views of capitalism , nationalism ( " Japan First " ? ) and toxic patriotism as a form of neo-pagan religion . " America First ! , " Japan First! ", " France First !" , " Britain First! " , " Ukraine First! " - this is the propaganda stuff for nuclear World War III .
And what is " Japan First! " , or any other nation-state " FIRST ," without a nuclear arsenal ? Trump and Netanyahu have a formidable nuclear arsenal to bully world - but even gold toilets will not " gold stay " after a global nuclear holocaust .
Classic feminism was early inspired not by militarism but by socialist internationalism . Sana Takaichi will not make Japan a better place to live .
NOTES ON Sanae Takaichi GOOGLE search :
[ "Yes, Sanae Takaichi is widely described as a hard-line conservative and right-wing nationalist in Japan. Her political positions and career affiliations clearly place her on the right of the country's political spectrum. On October 21, 2025, she became Japan's first female prime minister.
Her right-wing stance is defined by several key policy positions and actions:
Nationalism: Takaichi is a member of the ultranationalist organization Nippon Kaigi. She has echoed the nationalistic views of her mentor, the late Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who she was a protege of.
Historical revisionism: She has argued that Japan's wartime atrocities during World War II have been exaggerated. She also regularly visited the controversial Yasukuni Shrine, which honors convicted war criminals among other war dead, prior to becoming prime minister.
Constitutional revision: Like Abe, Takaichi supports revising Japan's pacifist constitution to formally recognize the country's military, the Self-Defense Forces.
Hawkish foreign policy: She has advocated for a strong U.S.-Japan security alliance and has taken a tough stance on China, even proposing anti-espionage laws and support for Taiwan.
Social conservatism: Takaichi holds socially conservative views, including her opposition to same-sex marriage, allowing married couples to have separate surnames, and female succession to the imperial throne.
Immigration policy: She has taken a hard-line stance on immigration, calling for tighter restrictions and proposing an agency to crack down on illegal immigration.
Her election as Prime Minister came after the Liberal Democratic Party formed a coalition with the right-wing Japan Innovation Party, moving the government further to the right. " ]
