Not a dirty book, not R rated, I found it again in my dusty closet, this 1969 popular best seller of the era we baby boomers recall as the years of the Sexual Revolution ( which seemed to end in a Big Chill at the onset of both the Reagan Era and the horrible AIDS epidemic in the early 1980 ) .I wondered if the author was finally identified.And if today she is still " hot" and " sensual" past the age of 90 ? Below is the predictably sad story of Joan ( Terry) Garrit up to the age of 50.It seems that sexual freedom that goes hedonistic can also open the doors to Hell.To be obsessed with the opposite sex as sex objects is indeed toxic to your mental health. The wise ancient Greek philosophers recommended moderation in all things.
