I understand that both pious Christians and orthodox Marxist are no fans of Thomas Malthus. But an overcrowded world is not a people friendly world. If you rule out a future nuclear holocaust then another Great Plague would validate Malthus on " over-population". But then traditional Catholics will not rule out the Second Coming!
