Well if you are inclined to vote for dubious savior Democrats , the State of Rhode Island should make it a lot easier to update your non-license ID. In a recent primary election I showed up at my Cranston poll place with my expired ID, my cancelled RIPTA FREE BUS PASS ( thanks to " progressive " Queen Gina " ) AND a perfectly valid BORN IN PROVIDENCE , RHODE ISLAND American citizen birth certificate ( with no picture ID , I explained ) . AND a form letter sent to my address at Randall Manor Cranston from Nancy Pelosi herself ( as I am still by sheer inertia a REGISTERED DEMOCRAT . I was rudely turned away by the party thugs . They were not even quick enough -before I walked out - to offer me a provisional ballot. I did walk out with a green pen as a reminder of that Election Day In Rhode Island frustration. The incident got the attention of a courteous Providence Journal Reporter, Katherine Gregg . They party goons lied to her ! How can this 74 year old man believe the STALINIST Rhode Island Democratic Party can ever be reformed ( by Matt Brown , say ) ? ["One voter entered with an expired driver's license from 2017. Supervisors tried to explain alternative ID options, and the clerk attempted to offer a provisional ballot, however he was upset and left."] From Katherine Gregg . They lied to her . they never even mentioned a provisional ballot.
