I agree with Catholic Bishop Tobin on this matter of driving licenses
for " undocumented immigrants ". Don't look for some Baltimore
Catechism reference for this. I recall the last words of actress Vivien
Leigh in " A Street Car Named Desire " : " I' ve always depended on the kindness
of strangers ".
