Talk Radio narcissist Gene Valicenti wants newspaper COMMENT silence

Other journalist annoyed by COMMENTS

 I must write this letter while the impression is still fresh. Radio Talk Show narcissist and egomaniac, Gene Valicenti , is annoyed by COMMENTS in the on- line Providence Journal-and many other still influential newspapers.

        According to brainy Gene this morning  they " serve no purpose " . No purpose other than to disturb the comfortable ? A healthy dose of modern Internet Democracy ?

       Gene has the arrogance to recommend to the new managing editor of the Providence Journal that he just end  COMMENT freedom-and the sooner the better.Did somebody tweak Gene's right wing  nose ?

           I myself rarely contribute to COMMENTS. And my few are characterized by restrained modesty -as becoming a true Bolshevik.
