When can any person competently decide for himself that he or she or a dependent child or a elder parent NEED NOT VISIT THE HOSPITAL ACCIDENT ROOM ? What happened to the RIGHT TO HEALTH CARE in the USA after ballyhooed Obamacare ? Clearly there is no HUMAN RIGHT to health care in the health care system of capitalist America.
Do patients in understaffed hospitals and nursing homes get a reduction in medical bills ?
