Orthodox Jews down on Zionism

 

Very interesting that the most religious Orthodox Jews are alienated from the fundamental ideals of Zionism. Ironically a minority of Christians in the United States are besotted with Zionism. As the Democratic Socialist coming from a Catholic background I agree with the late professor Howard Zinn: Zionist Israel is a mistake. And apartheid Israel is even a mockery of bourgeois democracy. Arabs and Jews would get along much better in a less ethnocentric state.
