Bernie Sanders should listen to the ghost of the late Senator Paul David Wellstone of Minnesota

Discussion on WBUR

Bernie Sanders Is Losing Primary Battles, But Winning A War

["You know, he has a much broader look at politics than just elections," Sanders' longtime strategist Jeff Weaver said. ]

Bernie Sanders might in some limited way redeem himself on working class left if he listens to the ghost of his now long dead " liberal " colleague " ( a Robert Kennedy " liberal " , I think ) in the Senate, killed in a suspicious plane crash in 2002- an opponent of the Iraq war- Senator Paul David Wellstone of Minnesota.

I doubt if Paul Wellstone would have applauded the New Colonialism in the Middle East or the HATE RUSSIA New McCarthyism.
Also radio reports on the comments of Bernie Sanders confuse him as an " Independent ". Is he now that or an entrenched Democrat ? Does he still call himself a " socialist " - in that vipers' nest of capitalists ?
There IS a war for Sanders to win. The one Paul Wellstone fought.
