The student and the teachers could benefit from a summer course in sober patriotism based on Professor Howard Zinn's bestselling textbook : " People's History of the United States ".

 

 Our Memorial Days honor war. The US military in no way protects the " freedom " of working class people anywhere on the planet. The CIA murders " democracy " in any country where an American puppet government is a safer " investment ". for the American plutocracy.

          If " liberal " Democrats were not so phony, they would honor Edward Snowden . His Wiki-Leaks shows what an Orwellian government we have. Even the allegations against President Trump and General Michael Flynn are based on ILLEGAL spying on American citizens.

 So much for " Democracy in America " - worth dying for ?
