The pseudo-liberal establishment news media- conspiring with the Hillary Clinton camp- continues to be oblivious to the basis for the " populist " appeal of both Donald Trump on the right and Bernie Sanders on left . The supporters of " socialist " Democrat Bernie Sanders would agree : " We will never be able to fix a rigged system counting on the people who rigged it in the first place "
The supporters of Bernie Sanders are not likely to vote for Hillary on the basis of her daily -often hourly- demonizing of right wing Republican Donald Trump.
Rather than move to the left Hillary Clinton is reinventing herself in the image of a traditional Republican neo-con, pro-Wall St. and pro- militarism.
Clearly she is the candidate of Wall St. and the Pentagon. How can she herself be so pro-capitalist and claim the loyalty of working class Americans - utterly betrayed by the neo-Democrats for a whole generation now ?
Her rants against Trump are hardly devastating since her own credibility is less than golden. I suspect that many voters still " feeling the Bern " will vote for some honorable third party presidential candidate - like Jill Stein of the Green Party .
Will Hillary just rant against " The Donald " for four long months until election day ?
