Bernie Sanders is not unlike many " democratic socialists " around the world who distance themselves from more militant " class struggle ". He is obviously closer to the old Roosevelt era New Deal Democrats.
" Political revolution " can be peaceful if the educated middle class understands the need for more " radical " change.
Violence is always problematic if the ruling class does not accept the verdict of history: their capitalist system is doomed.
As a democratic socialist myself I am a critical supporter of Bernie Sanders - until he betrays " democratic socialism " and endorses hawkish " Wall St. Hillary ".
