A Time capsule opened in Gaspee neighborhood . A reflection at the old bar there

These time capsule openings should fascinate the senior citizens as much as the youth. I always loved exploring that seemingly unchanging Gaspee neighborhood. A now dead friend was a big fan of Gaspee Days and even lived above the old Gaspee Lounge. He probably would have left a can of a Narragansett Beer in any time capsule project. No room for Mike's classic 1950s Cadillac.
Probably late at night with my old Irish-American friend at the bar of the Gaspee Lounge, listening to " oldies but goodies " on the juke box, I had this reflection : we are all just a moment in time.

Stale beer reverie : " Is that all there is ? "
