Of course poor white people should " feel the Bern "

    Donald Trump " Red baits " Bernie Sanders calling him " a commie ". No democratic socialists ever supported the Stalinist distortion of " communism " in the former Soviet Union.

 

     But they defended the civil rights of American Communist Party members during the McCarthy era .Does  Trump also want to sound like old Joe McCarthy too ?

 
    And no democratic socialist would condone the disruption of a Donald Trump political rally . It would be self-defeating for socialists to violate any American citizen's free speech rights- or to incite mob violence.

 
   The Bernie Sanders supporters tend to shun " identity politics " and focus public attention on unacceptable economic inequality which affects all races and ethnic groups, both sexes, and people of every sexual orientation.

 
    Of course, the " angry white working class males " who support Sanders reject the notion of supra-class " white privilege ".

 
And most poor people in this country are white.They should " feel the Bern "
