" Judicial brilliance " = eloquent sophistry in defense of the status quo

Do the " more love and kindness " Democrats ever find a Supreme Court Judge or a presidential candidate who takes a bold stand against the death penalty ?

All that " judicial brilliance " never seems to focus on ending some blatant evil.

Who speaks for the tens of thousands of poor people unjustly in prison in the American Gulag ? They could not afford a " brilliant " lawyer.

The history of " judicial brilliance " is mostly a history of eloquent sophistry in defense of the status quo. Such a one as this will replace the " brilliant " Judge Scalia ?
