I think that ANY guy who calls himself a " socialist "- like Senator
Bernie Sanders of Vermont- should point out the moral obscenity of
these state lotteries- where " surplus value " is absurdly privatized. A
FOR REAL American socialist government will de-privatize the capitalist
economic system. To be sure, state lotteries and grandiose
casinos-scenes of lurid decadence- will be shut down overnight.
ONLY the Internal Revenue Service will " own " billions under democratic Socialism. Only the government will have the collective force to protect the new egalitarianism. But moral force will render physical intimidation superfluous. State lotteries - the shabby record
