It is not " good news " for any BAN THE BOMB veterans. But what have
the so called " responsible " powers done in recent decades to end the
nuclear peril to humanity ? How can you argue against Iran having
nuclear weapons without even beginning to dismantle your own nuclear
arsenal ? Why is it OK for Israel to have a Samson Option and not North
Korea ?
The fact that no great powers take the United Nations seriously anymore can only mean that World War III is imminent.
How will a new nuclear submarine for the United States, for example, deter ISIS ? Is STATE TERROR on a higher moral plane than now stateless terror ?
Does the future belong to the most maniacal of the maniacs ? I must re-read pacifist A.J. Muste who wrote " Who has the Spiritual Atom Bomb ? "
