a democratic Socialist I am annoyed by the New Atheism " war on God "
as it is quite irrelevant to social justice issues. But not long ago
EVERY Republican candidate for president seemed to be expressing undying
affection for that militant atheist, Ayn Rand. How can you mix Rand's "
Virtue of Selfishness " with anti-capitalist words of Pope Francis and
the Jesus " Sermon on the Mount " ?
What hypocrisy - how about a RIGHT TO LIFE position on imperialist war and the death penalty ? On toxic water in Flint, Michigan ? If you have no right to a job or a home under capitalist " freedom ", do you have any real RIGHT TO LIFE ?
