Both the Democratic and Republican parties are responsible for the never
ending crisis of homelessness in America. Both parties are subservient
to the capitalist profit system. If PRIVATE PROPERTY ( " KEEP OUT " )
were not so sacrosanct in this country, the homeless problem could be
solved in a short time.
Here in Rhode Island - particularly in Kennedy Plaza , Providence- homeless people are frequently harassed by the police. They are all homeless in the shadow of the vacant colossal " Superman Building ".
