THE LAW is not above the class struggle - Obama's immigration plan attacked

I am reminded of my high school American History textbook reporting that President Franklin D. Roosevelt -in the midst of the Great Depression--was told by the Supreme Court that the White House could not protect a lot more than 5 million working class people from unemployment. The Supreme Court devastated his NRA programs. It is an illusion of capitalist " democracy " that THE LAW rises above class struggle concerns in its muddle- headed majesty.
Of the 400,000 " illegal aliens " that can be removed per year, how many of them are not at all undesirable, criminal types ?
A rational world economic system can establish a healthy TWO WAY equilibrium in migration patterns- unlike today's " unprecedented migration crisis ". Today's crisis is feeding war hysteria and fascist minded hooliganism. And Donald Trumpism. " It Can Happen Here " ( Sinclair Lewis novel )
What was FDR's NRA ?
