As a democratic Socialist I think I have a pretty fool proof method
of judging political candidates and even sectarian fanatics on the left:
Do you support this rotten capitalist system, do you accept as "
natural " the exploitation and oppression of the majority by a tiny "
ruling class " minority ? Dr. Ben Carson flunks my test.
If you answer NO but still think there is salvation in America's presently organized " democracy ", I see you as a political charlatan or seriously deluded.
I am beginning to think that even on the left TRUTH is an orphan.Hardly any political party or organization encourages an open debate on ANY issue.
How many free thinkers aspire to be faceless MONITORS ?
